SCOPE The Wholesale Coordinator at ETRO will partner with the Wholesale sales team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our clients. The Wholesale Coordinator collaborates with cross-functional teams including Finance, Logistics and Communications to support the sales team’s goals and objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES Sales • Support sales team by assisting with all accounts, • Perform order entry and follow-up, including reviewing order confirmations, • EDI management, • Utilize Skypad to update weekly and seasonal selling recaps, • Monitor shipping by ensuring purchase orders are up to date and key shipping windows are honored, • Sample management, • Participate in the planning and execution of market appointments, • Collaborate with sales team on market preparation including model management, catering and calendar management, • Create selling recaps to effectively analyze the business including trends and competitive market analysis, • Review digital accounts to assure brand standards, pricing and promotional activity is in line with ETRO standards, • Proactively manage special orders, returns or swaps in partnership with sales team and finance/logistics, • Partner with sales team to manage online and in-store marketing support, • Participate in sample management for trunk shows, market and photoshoots, • Share trends and information on competition within the team, • Partner in executing the approach to drive best-in-class customer experiences across the business (physical and digital) with the goal of increasing sales and maintaining high customer engagement., • Be accountable for driving change across the organization to continually improve the customer experience., • Manage to timelines, resources, scope of projects and make decisions in partnership with a cross-functional team for a wide range of multifaceted projects., • Manages execution of events in partnership with the Director of Client Experience., • Partner with the sales team in the scheduling, budgeting, internal and external communications, planning, execution, production, breakdown, wrap up, and reporting of events., • Collaborates cross-functionally with Merchants, Communications, Marketing, Creative, and brand partners at both specialty accounts and major department Requirements: Education and Experience • Undergraduate degree in related field, • 2-3 years of experience in Wholesale, Sales or Retail, • Experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry-specific dynamics Specific Skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, • Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive results, • Software: SKYPAD, NuORDER, • EDI management, • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Core Characteristics Passion for People • Creates and maintains an environment of trust and collaboration., • Resolves conflicts as soon as they arise, finding common ground and settling disputes fairly and with minimal disruption., • Structures messages in a clear logical manner using the most appropriate communication medium., • Promotes a positive environment of achievement, recognition, and celebration., • Serves as a role model by establishing and adhering to high ethical standards., • Speaks with truth and candor, modeling how to challenge the status quo appropriately., • Takes ownership of internal and external customer problems and resolve them quickly., • Stays informed of business drivers, industry trends, and competitors, applying knowledge to identify and pursue new opportunities., • Manage execution of plans, anticipating and adjusting for risks and roadblocks., • Proactively shares information, best practices, and new ideas with team to improve business and performance., • Demonstrates strong decision-making skills (e.g., problem definition, data analysis, hypothesis testing, asking for input)., • Uses critical thinking skills to analyze problems and to recommend viable solutions., • Continuously builds skills and knowledge through training, coaching, and career experiences., • Demonstrates a working knowledge and appreciation of the ETRO business and the fashion industry., • Conveys energy and enthusiasm for ETRO and personal work., • Adapts personal approach in response to diverse situations and people., • Responds to unexpected changes in work environment with creativity and resilience., • Establishes and upholds high personal standards for individual work and environment., • Maintains a customer-centric mentality. The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on applicable qualifications and experience.
