What You'll Do We are looking for a Director - Media Strategy to lead high-impact media planning, client strategy, and revenue-driving initiatives across key pharma and agency clients. This senior leader will own strategic media planning for key accounts, shape RFP responses, guide product positioning, and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to deliver best-in-class outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare media, pharma strategy, revenue optimisations, client relationships, and team leadership, with a proven track record of scaling media strategy functions and driving growth. • Lead media strategy and RFP responses for key pharma and agency clients, • Drive revenue growth through optimised media planning, pricing, inventory strategy, and upsell opportunities, • Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to shape proposals, product positioning, and GTM plans, • Oversee campaign execution and post-sale stewardship, ensuring strong performance, reporting, and client satisfaction, • Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor, • Identify new market opportunities using client insights, performance data, and industry trends, • Influence product innovation through client feedback and strategic input, • Improve and scale media strategy processes, tools, and best practices, • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture Who You Are • 5+ years of experience in media strategy, healthcare/pharma marketing, or digital media, • Proven leadership experience managing strategy teams and direct reports, • Deep understanding of pharma media, healthcare advertising, compliance, and audience targeting, • Strong background in RFP strategy, media planning, pricing, inventory management, and revenue growth, • Experience negotiating at enterprise-level partnerships and commercial agreements, • Highly analytical, with strong ability to turn data into strategic recommendations, • Excellent client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, • Track record of improving processes, training teams, and scaling strategy functions Benefits • Competitive salary and bonus plan, • Stellar health care plan options for you and your family (Medical, Dental & Vision), • 401K + 4% Matching, • Generous PTO, vacations & sick leave, • Extensive paid parental/maternity leave, • Team events At Doceree, we know that our Company’s strength lies in the diversity of our employees.
