Youll be the steady, joyful presence that makes the classroom feel like a second home. Youll: • Lead a warm, welcoming classroom where children feel safe, respected, and excited to learn, • Plan and facilitate hands-on, sensory-rich, curiosity-driven learning experiences, • Support childrens social-emotional development with patience, empathy, and humor, • Build strong, trusting relationships with families and coworkers, • Collaborate with a team that values creativity, communication, and lifelong learning, • Infuse your classroom with Jewish culture, community, and celebration (dont worryHebrew not required!) You: • Have 2+ years of experience working with young children (infants to age 5), • Bring energy, empathy, and creativity into the classroom every day, • Are reliable, responsible, and consistent in your presence and your care, • Believe deeply in learning through play, connection, and discovery, • Are team-oriented, solution-focused, and flexible when plans (inevitably) change, • Communicate clearly and openly with children, families, and colleagues, • Love to laugh, reflect, and try new things, • Have coursework or certification in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, • Are familiar with Reggio Emilia, emergent curriculum, or Jewish education, • Are CPR/First Aid certified, • MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 3:30 PM (35 hours/week), • Full-Time | 10-month or 12-month Salary Range: Lets build something beautiful together.
