Consults with Clinical Coordinator /Charge RN or Nurse Supervisor and Medical Director to optimize clinical staffing., • Provides informal feedback to staff on an ongoing basis and formal feedback in the form of the annual performance evaluation during the focal merit review process. Obtains feedback and input regarding the staff performance from the Medical Director and Clinical Coordinator/Charge RN or Nurse Supervisor and acts on the feedback as appropriate. Collaborates with staff and Clinical Coordinator/Charge RN or Nurse Supervisor and Medical Director to set annual goals for staff., • Manages the department staffing through the appropriate hiring, firing and disciplinary actions., • Maintains written documentation of all disciplinary meetings in accordance with the established personnel policies, and confers with Human Resources and Director of Operations regarding the nature of the disciplinary decisions., • Ensures execution of new hire orientation and training, and ICD-9 code training when applicable for new hires, and works with Medical Director to ensure mandatory in-services are completed., • Ensures appropriate documentation is completed for current licensure, annual in-service and policy and procedure in-service updates., • Responsible for ensuring all facility employees receive appropriate trainings according to company policy including company risk management initiatives., • Provides training and guidance to facility staff members to ensure development of clinical competences providing opportunities for professional growth and encouraging personal growth., • Collaborates with HR regarding providing information to staff pertaining to FMS/FMCNA benefits, Human Resources policies and procedures., • Participates in Corporate and Division specific employee recognition and satisfaction programs., • Maintains a close working relationship with Division and Corporate office personnel and ensures appropriate communication of FMS, Division, and Corporate initiatives, policies and procedures to facility staff., • Utilizes knowledge of FMCNA and FMS services and products to contribute to the growth of the business., • Maintains facility environmental integrity and safety., • Schedules the maintenance and repair of equipment, operating systems and physical structure of the facility, as needed., • Monitors security of the facility., • Coordinates inventory/supply management by reviewing monthly inventory count and approving purchase orders for necessary items to ensure cost containment, timely distribution and competitive pricing., • Responsible for efficient utilization of medication, laboratory, inventory, supplies and equipment to achieve supply cost goals following all guidelines established in the FMS/FMS formularies., • Contributes to the development and revision of any applicable policies and procedures for the facility and the pertinent updating and maintenance of the related manuals., • Directs any necessary information gathering, as required, to support billing, billing issues and collection activities., • Coordinates and approves facility payroll., • Responsible for participating in all on-site internal and external (state and federal) surveys., • Reviews new and existing provider contracts for various vendor services, including but not limited to, insurance, laboratory, and facility cleaning. Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE: The core responsibility of the Residential Aide (RA) includes the continued assurance of support and care to clients residing in the shelter. Under the general direction of the Shift Supervisor, the RA provides direct assistance, support, and care to clients residing in the facility, as well as supporting, assisting, and enforcing facility rules. This position is responsible for working with clients at our Belnord location in NY, NY. Job Description SUMMARY This position is for a field technician who is experienced in boiler installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. The candidate is experienced at utilizing mechanical capabilities to perform maintenance on Commercial / Industrial boilers. The position is in the NYC & Long Island area. The Candidate will be working alongside an experience & factory trained service technician who will instruct on all areas of repair and maintenance. In the first months of this position, the Candidate will be trained on Cleaver-Brooks boilers and participate in a program where they will tag along with the cleaning crew and the A Level Technicians. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform routine maintenance on boiler equipment and systems, • Maintain low pressure boilers, high boilers, power boilers, steam boilers, or hot water heating systems., • Replace defective valves, filters, or steam gauges., • Monitor boiler systems to ensure it is operating safely and properly; facilitate periodic cleaning., • Address any problems with boiler systems and notify maintenance when needed., • Maintain neat and professional demeanor to guarantee an excellent customer service experience, • Contact supervisor concerning potentially dangerous equipment or safety violations., • OSHA 30, F-60 & G-60 is required, • 3+ years experience in Boiler Maintenance, Combustion, basic boiler circuits (not PLC controlled), • Technical/vocational school training and experience working with HVAC or industrial boilers., • Extensive knowledge of industrial boiler operations and maintenance., • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent mechanical skills, • Ability to follow OSHA rules as to safety procedures and processes., • Stand-by (weekend / holiday) required on rotation.
