Job DescriptionHRIS Specialist (UKG) | Fully Remote (East Coast) | Contract LHH is partnering with a New York City-based organization to identify an experienced HRIS Specialist with strong UKG expertise. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting East Coast business hours. This role will focus on the day-to-day administration of the UKG system, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS system, • Respond to employee inquiries related to HRIS, payroll, and system functionality, • Generate and analyze reports to support HR and business needs, • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance within the HRIS, • Support system updates, audits, and ongoing process improvements, • Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows Qualifications • Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or HRIS Analyst, • Hands-on experience with UKG (required), • Strong background in HRIS administration, reporting, and data management, • Experience supporting HR, payroll, or time and labor systems preferred, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment (must be in the U.S. and able to work East Coast hours) Compensation & Details • Location: Fully Remote - Must be in the US & authorized to work (East Coast hours required), • Employment Type: Contract full time hours, • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour Search managed by: Renee Walker Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
