Job DescriptionAbout the Role: Dashing Diva is seeking a Paid Media Lead to own hands-on execution and performance optimization across Search and Paid Social. This role is designed for a data-savvy operator who can manage platforms day-to-day while clearly articulating performance insights to inform strategy and decision-making. This individual will play a key role in driving efficient growth across beauty and eCommerce initiatives, partnering closely with analytics, creative, and marketing stakeholders to scale what works. What You Will Do: Paid Media Execution • Own day-to-day execution across Google Search/Shopping and Paid Social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest., • Manage and optimize campaigns with monthly media budgets of $300K+, ensuring disciplined pacing and performance against efficiency targets., • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and MER., • Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies aligned with revenue and growth goals., • Identify and scale winning keywords, audiences, creatives, and offers.Speed & Turnaround, • Execute campaign builds and updates with tight turnaround times, supporting fast-moving launches, promotions, and tests., • Respond quickly to performance signals and business needs, making real-time optimizations when required.Performance Analysis & Storytelling, • Analyze performance across platforms and translate data into clear, actionable insights., • Develop concise weekly and monthly performance summaries explaining what’s driving results and why., • Partner with analytics tools (GA4, Triple Whale, platform reporting) to understand cross-channel impact., • Support leadership with data-backed insights that inform planning and optimization.Creative & Testing Collaboration, • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to inform creative direction using performance data., • Identify trends across hooks, formats, messaging, and offers., • Support structured testing frameworks across creative, audience, and bidding strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration, • Work closely with the Data & Insights Analyst to align reporting and learnings., • Partner with eCommerce and marketing teams on launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives., • 3–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience within beauty and/or eCommerce brands., • Demonstrated experience managing $300K+ in monthly media spend., • Strong proficiency across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest., • Highly data-driven with the ability to synthesize performance into actionable insights., • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments., • A track record of efficiently pacing and optimizing paid media campaigns at scale, • Experience launching and iterating campaigns quickly without sacrificing performance, • The ability to turn performance data into clear, actionable insights trusted by stakeholders, • Great work environment to grow and learn new skills, • We are collaborative and work closely with each other, • We give everyone a chance to be creative and value input and feedback, • We participate in fun events like Beautycon, NYFW, • In-office catered breakfast, lunches, and team lunches, team outings, and team-building activities Powered by JazzHR TbzqMduW5o
