ROLE SUMMARY The Head Coach is responsible for full store leadership: people, performance, profitability, and guest experience. Youll coach the team, protect the brand, maintain systems, and ensure Chickn Out delivers elite food and service every day. This role requires strong communication, accountability, and the ability to lead from the front not the office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership & Culture • Lead, coach, and develop all FOH/BOH team members, • Build a positive, highenergy culture rooted in respect and accountability, • Conduct ongoing training, performance checkins, and corrective coaching, • Ensure all staff follow Chickn Out standards, recipes, and service expectationsDaily Operations, • Oversee all opening, midshift, and closing procedures, • Maintain food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness, • Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations, • Manage inventory, ordering, waste control, and product rotation, • Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when neededGuest Experience, • Deliver a warm, fun, memorable guest experience every shift, • Resolve guest issues with professionalism and hospitality, • Monitor service flow and adjust staffing or stations as needed, • Ensure online orders, catering, and dinein service run smoothlyFinancial & Administrative, • Manage labor to target using scheduling tools and realtime adjustments, • Monitor food cost, waste, and portioning to protect profitability, • Complete daily/weekly paperwork, deposits, and reporting, • Support payroll accuracy (timecards, approvals, corrections), • Execute marketing promotions and seasonal menu rolloutsStaffing & Scheduling, • Recruit, interview, and hire strong team members, • Build weekly schedules that balance labor targets and team needs, • Maintain staffing levels that support consistent execution REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALITIES, • Strong leadership and communication, • Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable, • High operational awareness and attention to detail, • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment, • Problemsolver with a calm, confident presence, • Reliable, organized, and consistent, • Passion for hospitality and great food PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, • 2+ years restaurant management or shift leadership, • Experience with Toast, 7Shifts, or similar systems, • Knowledge of food safety and labor compliance, • Proven track record of team development WHAT YOULL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE, • A fun, supportive, highenergy environment, • Real leadership autonomy, • Opportunities for growth as the brand expands, • Competitive pay + performance incentives, • Staff meals and team perks, • A culture built on respect, hustle, and good vibes
