Schedule and confirm appointments for office visits and imaging studies., • Process patient arrivals quickly and efficiently according to office protocols, • Collect copayments and time of service payments. Secure and record all types of monies collected throughout the day., • Responsibilities include verifying and updating patient information and insurance eligibility, insurance eligibility and obtaining proper obtain referrals and or authorizations for services prior to visit., • Verify patient and insurance data is accurately processed through systems applications, electronically, via website or telephone, • Motivated & Enthusiastic Team Player, • Multi-Task & Communicate Effectively in Fast-Paced Environment
