Job Description Serino Coyne is looking for a dynamic Partnerships Assistant to anchor a fast-paced, high-volume department. This person will possess the ability to communicate clearly and concisely within the department, with other teams at the agency, and with external parties, including clients, Broadway talent, partners, and vendors. To be successful in this role, the Partnerships Assistant should be a highly detail-oriented team player, creative thinker, and excellent communicator. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the partnerships team to help execute partnership marketing campaigns across multiple clients Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients, partners, and vendors Liaise on behalf of the partnerships team with the finance department by coding and submitting invoices and expenses Manage invitations and ticket requests across all partnership clients Contribute to creative brainstorming to help craft new partnership ideas Manage select partnership marketing outreach efforts, including researching, pitching, and building relationships with potential partners Help plan and facilitate special events, including ordering supplies, liaising with vendors, and overseeing invitations and RSVPs Keep accurate and detailed records of marketing campaigns and maintain a database of marketing contacts, outreach efforts, and past events and activations Coordinate turnkey marketing campaigns with regular partners like Audience Rewards, group sales offices as well as industry-wide programs like Broadway Week and Kids' Night on Broadway Facilitate grassroots marketing campaigns as needed Liaise with various partners to coordinate brand ambassador needs for partnerships clients Assist on special agency projects, including new business and communications Additional responsibilities as assigned PREFERRED SKILLS & ABILITIES Strong organizational skills Ability to think critically and solve problems Ability to multi-task and work effectively with various parties to achieve goals Excellent writing and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment A sense of collaboration and ability to work well with a team Interest in theater and the arts preferred REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 6 months – 1 year experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, or media related responsibilities (internship experience included)Availability to work occasional evening and weekend events when necessary Serino Coyne is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
