You own the planning, coordination, reporting, accountability, and operational delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. \n \n Responsibilities \n Job Description \n\n • Manage a centralized intake process for all Data & Analytics initiatives\n, • Maintain one master portfolio in Asana with project ownership, scope, priorities, milestones, and due dates\n, • Lead weekly intake and prioritization sessions\n, • Own the integrated project plan across multiple workstreams\n, • Track dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and decision logs\n, • Drive project execution by removing blockers before they impact delivery\n, • Hold project owners accountable for commitments and timelines\n, • Deliver weekly executive status reports using clear RAG reporting\n, • Maintain an accurate portfolio dashboard for executive leadership\n, • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Finance, Procurement, Technology, Enterprise Solutions, and business stakeholders\n, • Translate technical work into concise business updates for leadership\n\n \n Qualifications \n\n • 5+ years of program management, project management, PMO, or Chief of Staff experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives\n, • Expert-level portfolio management experience using Asana preferred\n, • Strong experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project also considered\n, • Demonstrated expertise with RAID logs, RAG reporting, governance, and executive reporting\n, • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills\n, • Experience using Slack, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint\n, • Comfortable supporting Data & Analytics organizations and technical teams\n, • Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail\n, • Executive-level communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-changing environments\n, • Media and entertainment experience is a plus\n\n \n Compensation \n Pay Rate: \n\n • $98.00 to $105.00 per hour\n\n \n Requisition ID: PMOUNTJP00001245
