Job Description Job Title: Case Coordinator Job Summary: CASES is currently seeking a Case Coordinator for our Bronx Pretrial Services team. Rapidly after release into the Supervised Release Program (SRP), the Case Coordinator conducts Supervision Introduction/Orientation meetings with new participants to review supervision conditions required under the supervision plan. In this role, you will help participants comply with their supervision appointments and court appearances during their legal case's pendency. You will also conduct ongoing service need assessments with participants and develop collaborative service plans addressing identified needs and goals. You will ensure participants receive services that are strengths-based, gender-specific, and culturally sensitive while adhering to the core principles of risk, need and responsivity to reduce recidivism, increase engagement in community treatment services and support participants to achieve their self-identified goals for treatment, recovery, rehabilitation, and crime-free community integration. This position is based in our Bronx Community Office and fieldwork in the larger NYC community as needed to assist participants. CASES’ Supervised Release Program (SRP) annually diverts 7,500 people otherwise facing pretrial detention at Rikers Island to community-based supervision and support services. SRP participants have not been found guilty of a crime and are not mandated to engage in treatment or other services. Through its various programs, BFL provides a broad range of residential and non-residential services to disabled survivors of domestic violence, to the disabled homeless, and support to physically disabled individuals with mental health and/or chemical addiction issues. BFL Apartments (BFLA) is a NY/NY III type supportive housing program. BFLA offers services to vulnerable and needy populations who are survivors of domestic violence, specifically, homeless disabled adults and disabled veterans and families. This program’s facility is located in the South Bronx. There are two buildings: a 70-unit studio apartment building for single adults (SPMI-chronic homeless population A) and a 50-unit apartment building for families (SPMI/MICA-chronic homeless population G). Job Description General Summary: We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Project Coordinator to join our Procurement team. The Project Coordinator will support procurement processes, vendor onboarding, cost estimating activities. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: • Assist in vendor onboarding by collecting, reviewing, and tracking required documentation, • Maintain vendor information in procurement systems (Ivalua, Yardi) and ensure accuracy of data., • Support RFP processes by gathering vendor quotes, preparing bid comparisons, and coordinating communication with suppliers., • Help coordinate site visits, pre-bid meetings, and clarification calls with vendors., • Track vendor compliance, insurance renewals, and performance metrics., • Assist in creating and maintaining procurement and estimating project schedules., • Track milestones, deliverables, and budget updates for active projects., • Coordinate with internal teams (construction, legal, accounting) to ensure smooth project execution., • Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations for leadership review., • Gather and organize cost data from vendors and subcontractors for estimating purposes., • Assist in preparing cost analyses and bid leveling sheets for management review., • Research market pricing and trends to support accurate cost estimates., • Monitor and manage procurement and estimating team inboxes, routing requests to appropriate staff., • Maintain organized digital records for vendor documentation, contracts, and project files., • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed. The clinics are located at NAC's main office on 825 7th Avenue in Manhattan. • Title of Position: Psychiatric/Mental Health Coordinator, • Position Type: Per Diem, • Salary Range: $80/hr, • Location: 825 7th Avenue, New York, NY, 10019, • Department/Program: Comprehensive Healthcare Center, Health and Mental Health Responsibilities: Essential Functions The Psychiatric/Mental Health Coordinator has a range of duties, as follows: • Prospectively follow all children in foster care, receiving mental health care and ensure all clinical and administrative needs are met related to that care, • Review psychological and psychiatric evaluations and lead follow up on any referrals for care, • Collaborate with intake coordinator to address immediate mental health needs, • Conduct urgent psychiatric evaluations as needed, • Conduct Spanish-language psychiatric evaluations as needed, • Drive the process of obtaining consent for and addressing administrative barriers to receiving mental health treatment through collaboration with mental health clinicians, case planners, and parents as needed, • Ensure referrals for medication management are followed through, • Ensure all ACS protocols around mental health treatment are being followed in accordance with policies, procedures, and guidelines relating to seeking treatment, vital sign and lab monitoring requirements, and internal NAC procedures, • Collaborate closely with staff in Foster Care, Mental Health, and Medical/Nursing departments, • Enters data pertinent to these encounters in the paper record, evolving electronic health record, or both, as needed, • Communicate effectively with all team members to support a cohesive work environment. Additional Tasks • Provides clinical consultation and advocacy around mental health care needs to other departments (ex.
