Job Description Position: Jr. Accountant/Bookkeeper Location: New Rochelle, NY (Hybrid after onboarding) Salary: $50K-$55K + OT Growing Non-Profit trade organization seeks new Payroll & AP focused Jr. Accountant to join their team Responsibilities: · Responsible for the payroll process, including upload of the payroll journal entry under the direction of the Accounting Manager, working closely with the HR Manager. · Includes payment, analysis and accurate analysis of employee time. · Responsible automated processing of employee reimbursements. · Responsible for credit cards coding, receipt tracking, as needed working in conjunction with the accounting/finance manager. · Responsible for managing and reconciling the petty cash as needed. · Responsible for entry of bills, including review of coding and allocations into bill.com · Responsible for working out a schedule for processing of payments on a weekly basis, in conjunction with cash flow. · Works in close coordination to support the audit process. Qualifications · College degree or relevant work experience required. · 2+ years of experience processing payroll (Paycom software experience a plus) · 2+ years of experience supporting accounts payable functions (Billpay.com software experience a plus) · Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred.

Position Summary: HMH Management Company LLC is an asset management company with a primary focus on the management of commercial and multi-family properties. Candidates will be responsible for bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping including, but not limited to, managing accounts receivables, accounts payables, and revenue and expense categorization and tracking. High emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with, and strong knowledge of, QuickBooks Desktop and Online is mandatory. Job Description The Senior Property Manager position reports to the Director, Property Management; this position is responsible for initiating and supervising the daily management, maintenance, and associated construction of multiple properties within an assigned portfolio in the Nanuet – Ithaca NY area. Portfolio size may be 7 – 12 properties equaling approximately 1.5 - 2 million sf. The position requires experience in the retail property management and construction management process, a strong working knowledge of all facets of facility management including vacancy management, roofing systems, HVAC, parking lot maintenance, electrical, plumbing sewer, and fire protection. This position requires strong negotiating skills, verbal & written communication skills, accuracy and accountability, financial analysis, judgment, and confidentiality. The Senior Property Manager position functions at a high capacity within the context of a larger team, setting and implementing goals, supporting leasing initiatives, delivering construction feasibility information, capital project management, sourcing new revenue and coordinating with national ancillary leasing team, assisting Accounting, Collections and Finance functions.
