Role Overview We are seeking a Workday Financials Enterprise Analyst to support and enhance financial systems and processes. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to analyze business requirements, design effective Workday Financials solutions, and maintain system integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across financial processes, hands-on experience in Workday configuration and reporting, and a collaborative mindset for delivering reliable, scalable business solutions. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a liaison between Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into effective Workday Financials configurations., • Analyze, design, and document financial business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improved data quality., • Configure and maintain Workday Financials modules such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Revenue Management, and Expenses., • Develop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and integrations., • Manage EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) data loads and ensure accuracy in data transfer and reconciliation., • Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test script creation and validation., • Provide ongoing support for issue resolution, enhancements, and system upgrades., • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes., • Develop training materials and facilitate knowledge sharing to improve adoption and usability., • 5+ years as a Business or Systems Analyst supporting enterprise financial applications., • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials in one or more functional areas (Procurement, Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Revenue Management)., • Practical knowledge of financial business cycles (R2R, O2C, P2P)., • Ability to configure Workday Financials, including business process frameworks and security roles., • Strong experience building Workday custom reports, calculated fields, and EIB integrations., • Proficiency in documenting process flows and requirements using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools., • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and test plans., • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)., • 3+ years supporting Workday Financials in a global or multi-entity environment., • Familiarity with Workday security administration, data governance, and audit controls., • Experience with Workday integrations and collaboration with integration developers., • Precision-driven hiring process, • Fast feedback loops and start-date assurance, • Collaborative, growth-focused environment
