The Office of Enrollment Management (EM) at the Central Office seeks an experienced Higher Education professional to serve as the University Dean of Admissions and Recruitment (UD-AR), a system-level leader who will modernize admissions and oversee university-wide strategy, policy, platforms, operations, and partnerships to create a fair, fast, student-focused experience. ABOUT THE ROLE The Founding High School Principal is the instructional and culture leader of Neighborhood Charter Schools’ first high school. Reporting to the Chief Academic & Schools Officer and serving as a key member of the school and network leadership team, the Founding Principal is responsible for bringing the NCS high school vision to life through excellent instruction, a deeply inclusive school culture, and strong adult leadership. This role is both entrepreneurial and deeply instructional. Reporting to the Director of Advancement Operations, the Special Events Manager supports the development and execution of DREAM’s fundraising, cultivation, and select internal events. This position plays a key role in designing and executing high-impact events that strengthen donor engagement and drive significant revenue. DREAM’s Events Team generates approximately $7M of the $21M raised annually. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, strategic thinker and problem solver who can manage logistics, inspire internal teams, and lead project planning across departments.
