Role Overview: The Business Applications Systems Analyst II serves as a bridge between business operations and technology teams, focusing on optimizing systems that support core business processes. The Business Operational Systems Analyst II is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving operational systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business goals. This role combines business process expertise with technical knowledge to support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. The Analyst will have a role in supporting and working on medium to large-scale projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance operational performance. The Network Engineer will be located near Strongsville Ohio, Fairfield NJ, or Herndon VA will drive the issue to resolution by working with external vendors or internal technical support. The GCC Network Engineer will be expected to use independent troubleshooting skills to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
