Job Description Delivery & Warehouse Support Specialist Healthcare Technology / AV-IT Equipment Location: Tucker, GA (Inside 285) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Pay: $20–$24/hr, based on experience + benefits Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly, W2 About Cogent Cogent Technology Resource supports hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the Southeast by installing and servicing critical technology, AV/IT equipment, and related systems. About the Role Cogent is hiring a Delivery & Warehouse Support Specialist to support our installers by preparing, loading, delivering, picking up, and tracking equipment for jobsites and service work. This position combines local delivery, warehouse organization, inventory support, and installer support. The right person will have an exceptional driving record, take pride in being dependable, and understand that accuracy matters when handling equipment for hospitals, healthcare facilities, and active jobsites. This is not a delivery-only job. When not making deliveries or pickups, this person will work in the warehouse receiving shipments, organizing inventory, staging equipment, maintaining clean work areas, and helping ensure installers have what they need to complete jobs. What You’ll Do • Deliver equipment, materials, and supplies to Cogent installers, customer locations, and jobsites, • Pick up parts, supplies, equipment, or shipments as needed, • Load and unload company vehicles safely and carefully, • Verify that deliveries are accurate before leaving the warehouse, • Help stage equipment for upcoming jobs and service calls, • Receive incoming shipments and verify counts, condition, and paperwork, • Inspect equipment upon receiving, including electronics, displays, PC hardware, mounting equipment, and related materials, • Maintain clean, organized warehouse shelves, bins, staging areas, and delivery areas, • Assist with inventory check-in/check-out for installers, service vehicles, jobsites, and warehouse locations, • Update inventory, delivery, and warehouse records in Cogent’s systems, • Communicate clearly with installers, office staff, project teams, and warehouse leadership, • Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and operated safely, • Support general warehouse tasks as needed Requirements — Must-Haves • Exceptional driving record required, • Valid driver’s license required, • Must qualify to drive under company insurance requirements, • Driving record will be verified through an MVR check, • Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or field support, • Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload equipment, • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail, • Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, inventory systems, or CRM systems, • Strong communication skills, • Dependable, punctual, and comfortable supporting time-sensitive installer needs, • Professional appearance and behavior when visiting hospitals, customer sites, and jobsites, • Ability to pass a criminal background check, • Ability to pass a drug screening Driver’s License, Background Check & Screening Requirements This position requires driving company vehicles to deliver and pick up equipment.
