The Role: Operations Manager PS ATL This is a role for a leadership position in the PS ATL Operation. The Operations Manager will perform day-to-day operations and department for service quality. Assisting in real-time feedback for other associates and assisting with customer service challenges, overseeing Control Room, F&B, Hospitality & Housekeeping. The Operations Manager will be working across all departments as a leader. This position reports to the Managing Director ATL.
