Job Description WIEN HOUSE SUPERINTEDENT/FACILITIES MANAGER Responsible for the proper upkeep and maintenance of a 14 story, 100 unit, government subsidized apartment building for older adults. Responsibilities include oversight of all building systems, common areas, maintenance areas and offices. This position does not include housing. • Perform general electrical, mechanical, plumbing, flooring and painting work in tenant apartments and common areas., • Supervising the two full time staff in the daily maintenance responsibilities of the project., • Preparing apartments for move ins of new tenants throughout the year including flooring tile replacement and stripping/waxing, plastering and painting, tub glazing and caulking, kitchen faucets, cabinets and countertops, bathroom vanity, sink, toilet, and accessories repairs and/or replacement and any other repairs and replacements as necessary., • Perform thorough annual physical inspections of all apartments. Follow up on all items of disrepair including painting, broken fixtures, walls, floors, ranges, smoke detectors, countertop, cabinets, closets, window, emergency pull cords, tiles, leaks. PROGRAM BACKGROUND: MercyFirst’s A Safe Way Forward Program (SWF) provides child welfare involved families affected by intimate partner violence (IPV) with comprehensive prevention services including therapeutic case management and evidence-based intervention modalities to address IPV. This joint prevention-clinical services model offers comprehensive trauma-informed services to the whole family, including the survivor of IPV, the person causing harm (PCH), and to children exposed to the IPV in the home. Range of services includes in-home visitation, crisis intervention, case management, advocacy, individual, group and family counseling, psycho-education and support, and referral to other appropriate services. The SWF program will serve a total of 65 families residing in Brooklyn. POSITION SUMMARY: The Therapeutic Case Manager is responsible for screenings and assessment, engagement, safety planning and coordination of services and treatment for members of the family system experiencing IPV. Approach to service is family-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based and emphasizes both short-term and long-term goals to restore and maintain Safety for all family members, Protect children from future exposure to IPV, and promote Healing and Improved Family Relationships. The qualified candidate will be responsible for adherence to reporting requirements and timelines and meeting programmatic outcome measures. The Firm’s Manager of Information Security is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive information security program to protect the firm’s data, systems, and client information. This role ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets across the firm’s technology and operational infrastructure. The position involves close collaboration with IT leadership, legal professionals, and firm management to maintain compliance with client, regulatory, and industry standards. The Accounting/Treasury Manager is primarily responsible for cash flow planning, analysis, and reporting with enhanced focus on daily cash movement operations. The Accounting/Treasury Manager maintains retail banking relations for ADAPT Community Network and manages all cash positioning activities. The position requires proactive management of liquidity to ensure operational needs are met while optimizing interest income. The Accounting/Treasury Manager must exercise independent judgment within established policies and objectives that influence treasury operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Accounting/Treasury Manager will manage two staff accountants, and the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: TREASURY FUNCTIONS • Monitors and reviews all cash and investment account transactions daily to ensure appropriate balances are maintained for ongoing operations., • Executes daily cash positioning and movement between accounts to optimize cash utilization and minimize fees while ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations., • Forecasts short-term and long-term cash requirements and develops strategies to meet those needs., • Manages lines of credit, including initiating drawdowns or repayments with approval of the authorized signers., • Monitors compliance with the terms of lines of credit, especially compliance with periodic payoff requirements., • Works with authorized bank signatories to maintain proper banking access and authority levels following internal control requirements., • Assists with online banking access management under the guidance of authorized signatories., • Maintains authorized signatory documentation for all cash and investment accounts in accordance with Board approval and bank policy., • Coordinates the timely and accurate monthly ACH payments required., • Manages electronic banking relationships and systems, including ACH origination, wire transfers, and remote deposit capture., • Reviews Bank Reconciliations.
