Job Description Position Summary 72SOLD is seeking a highly capable Executive/Personal Assistant to support our CEO, Greg Hague. This role is responsible for ensuring the CEO’s time, energy, and attention stay focused on the highest-impact priorities by providing exceptional executive, operational, and personal support. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Executive Support • Strategically manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and priorities to maximize focus on high-impact initiatives and key relationships., • Provide comprehensive administrative oversight, including email and communication management, contact organization, document handling, and basic expense tracking., • Prepare and curate materials for key meetings, presentations, and training sessions so the CEO is fully briefed and equipped., • Lead the setup and facilitation of virtual meetings and events (e.g., Zoom), ensuring a polished, reliable experience for all participants., • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for the CEO’s professional and personal needs, including travel, vendors, and day-to-day obligations., • Support light marketing and communication activities aligned with the CEO’s voice and the 72SOLD brand, including basic social, email, and community touchpoints., • Act as a proactive, highly responsive strategic partner, anticipating needs, resolving issues before they escalate, and protecting the CEO’s time and attention. Operational & Office Support • Oversee the smooth operation of the CEO’s office environment, including a professional in-office experience and meeting readiness., • Maintain an organized, professional office atmosphere, including light hospitality (coffee, breakfast, lunches, meeting setup and cleanup)., • Ensure the office and CEO’s workspace are stocked and organized (drinks, snacks, supplies) on a regular cadence., • Assist with printing reports, preparing packets, and organizing digital and physical files for easy retrieval., • Support basic financial and administrative workflows, such as managing receipts and assisting with expense reports. Personal Support • Handle selected personal tasks that enable the CEO to stay focused on leadership responsibilities (e.g., coordinating personal appointments, errands, and select household or personal logistics)., • Coordinate personal and family-related schedules and travel when requested., • Exercise the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all personal and professional matters. Relationship & Communication Support • Serve as a professional, friendly point of contact for internal team members, corporate partners, and real estate agents on behalf of the CEO., • Help manage follow-ups, touchpoints, and reminders related to key relationships and initiatives., • Assist with the coordination and communication of internal trainings, announcements, and special events involving the CEO. Tools & Technology The ideal candidate is comfortable quickly learning and using modern productivity and communication tools, including but not limited to: • Email and calendar platforms (Outlook, Gmail, calendar management tools), • Note-taking and organization tools (e.g., Evernote or similar), • Video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom), • Basic design or content tools (e.g., Canva or similar), • Customer service, communication, or ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk or similar), • Familiarity with Mac products and cloud-based systems (iCloud, shared drives, etc.), • Experience with AI tools and modern productivity assistants is a plus. Qualifications • 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting a senior executive or entrepreneur (real estate, sales, or high-growth environment preferred)., • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines., • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional presence., • High level of discretion, integrity, and judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information., • Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new software and tools quickly., • Proven ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and operate with a “no detail too small” mindset., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, occasionally outside standard business hours, with a high degree of responsiveness.
