Qualifications • Must have completed two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university in a health-related field; or meet the qualifications per TAC 558.244 (a)(1)(A) or (B)., • Must comply with Training in Administration of Agencies under Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 558.How Youll Contribute, • Own the Recruiting Pipeline, • Write keyword-rich job posts, screen resumes, interview candidates, and deliver hire/no-hire recommendations., • Lead new-hire onboarding weekly; ensure caregivers meet background checks, NAR/EMR, driver license eligibility, and conduct MVR checks., • Rotate on-call (every three weeks) to resolve urgent caregiver or client concerns after hours., • Keep Us Audit-Ready, • Maintain spotless digital and paper personnel files for DOL, HCSSA, and HIPAA compliance., • Drive Data & Reporting, • Produce monthly new-hire and turnover dashboards; translate trends into actionable insights for the Administrator, • Present mini-trainings to office staff and field caregiverstopics from Infection-Control Updates to Conflict Resolution 101.
