Job Title: HR Generalist Employee Type: Full Time, Salary Reports to: HR Manager Job Location: Wichita, KS, USA Experience: 3+ years of Human Resources experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment, required Job Duties: • Maintain a high level of integrity, character and confidentiality at all times., • Assists HR Manager with Payroll and Timekeeping through ADP Workforce Now platform., • Assists HR Manager with the coordination of annual employee benefit implementation & enrollment; works closely with carriers & brokers throughout the process, • Collaborates with local employment contracting agencies and assist with the recruiting process as needed., • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers while engaging in interviews and assist in extending offers of employment to selected candidates as directed and approved by senior management., • Track and Issue employee badges & security access to incoming employees, • Enter and maintain New Hire & Current employee information in HRIS, • Conduct regular New Hire Orientations, • Maintain Employee Quality and OSHA training records in HRIS., • Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations when required., • Maintain knowledge of HR Compliance, trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law., • Tracking of employee incentives and attendance notifications, • Previous HR work experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment, preferred, • ADP WFN Platform experience, required, • Previous experience with payroll processing, required, • Previous experience with T&A systems, required, • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and ATS System, • Experience with Employee benefits, open enrollment & implementation practices, • Ability to act with integrity, courtesy, professionalism, and confidentiality., • Keep private and sensitive data within HR department or appropriate management and consistently maintain confidentiality where required, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Must possess interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills., • Strong organizational, analytical & problem solving skills., • Full knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations such as E-Verify, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, Worker’s Comp, OSHA as well as EEOC & OSHA reporting, • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook & related programs, specifically Excel., • Self-motivated, innovative, practical, adaptable and able to work independently as well as a team., • Ability to fully speak, read, write, and understand English language, • Must be 18 years or older, • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, not eligible for VISA sponsorship, • Associate’s degree in human resources or multiple & relative years of work experience., • A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience required., • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, • Regular attendance is mandatory and must follow all work safety programs, • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer., • This position is expected to be 100% onsite., • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance with competitive rates, • Employee Discounts, • Ancillary benefits such as YMCA memberships, • Paid Time Off, • Generous 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds, • Life Insurance, AD&D, Disability & Accident Insurance, • Employee Assistance Plan, • Pet Insurance, • And more!
