We’re looking for a Director of Operations to lead the back end of our real estate business with efficiency, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. You’ll help us serve our clients at the highest level, bring ideas to the table, and keep things running like clockwork — all while having fun along the way. What You’ll Do: • Oversee and manage daily operations of the real estate team, • Manage the details of the business - lots of them, • Create and manage systems to streamline our processes and make the customer experience top-notch, • Handle marketing coordination (social media, newsletters, event planning), • Manage multiple priorities with ease, • Communicate professionally with clients, agents, vendors, and lenders, • Track transactions, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain CRM updates, • Coordinate listing prep, signage, and vendor scheduling, • Lead and support team processes for growth and client satisfaction Who You Are: • Enjoys FAST PACED environment, • LIKES Supporting others and encouraging others, • Incredibly detail-oriented and dependable.
