About the Role: As a Busser, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area to ensure a pleasant and efficient dining experience for all guests. Your primary focus will be on clearing and resetting tables promptly, assisting servers with delivering food and beverages, and supporting the overall flow of service during busy periods. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing the needs of both guests and staff, contributing to a welcoming and smooth-running environment. You will collaborate closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to uphold high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact the restaurant’s reputation by helping to create a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere for every patron. Minimum Qualifications: • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts., • Basic communication skills to interact courteously with guests and team members., • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays., • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting., • Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards., • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties during busy service times., • Clear and clean tables efficiently after guests have finished dining, including removing dishes, glassware, and utensils., • Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and condiments to prepare for the next guests., • Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables when needed., • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces., • Support the team by restocking supplies such as napkins, straws, and condiments throughout the shift., • Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
