Job Description Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic People Services team as a People Services Coordinator. As a People Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across all areas of People Services, including Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, HRIS, and general HR operations. This role ensures seamless coordination, timely communication, and exceptional service to team members, managers, and external partners while helping drive efficiency and consistency across all People Services initiatives. Responsibilities • Coordinates and supports People Services initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Benefits, Employee Relations, and HRIS to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of processes., • Facilitates team member lifecycle activities, including recruitment coordination, onboarding logistics, benefits enrollment, training scheduling, and employee engagement initiatives., • Manages and oversees the full pre-employment process, including background checks, drug screening, paperwork, and onboarding requirements, while serving as the primary point of contact for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and an exceptional candidate experience., • Acts as a key point of contact for team members, managers, and external partners, providing professional and timely communication for all People Services programs and processes., • Assists with HR compliance activities, ensuring documentation, records, and reporting requirements are accurate and completed on time (e.g., background checks, I-9 audits, benefits compliance, and training records)., • Coordinates internal and external events, including career fairs, employee engagement activities, training sessions, and People Services team initiatives., • Maintains People Services systems and trackers, supporting data entry, HRIS updates, and reporting needs to ensure data accuracy and accessibility., • Prepares correspondence and documentation such as offer letters, internal communications, benefit guides, training materials, and policy updates as requested., • Supports Employee Relations processes by assisting with documentation, scheduling, and follow-up related to employee concerns or performance discussions., • Collaborates cross-functionally with IT, Payroll, Accounting, and other departments to ensure seamless processes for new hires, transfers, promotions, and other team member changes., • Collects, reviews, and submits monthly expense reports on behalf of People Services team members, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with EMBREY policies., • Provides general administrative support for all People Services programs, assisting team members and leadership as needed to ensure department goals are met. Qualifications • High School diploma required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, • 1–3 years of administrative experience within human resources, • Attention to detail and accuracy, • Strong communication and collaboration skills, • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills, • Bilingual fluent in Spanish is preferred, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Required Testing • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR Position Type • Full-Time, • Hourly - Non-Exempt, Based on Experience Position Location • EMBREY Headquarters in San Antonio, TX.
