WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position is based on-site at an active manufacturing facility. The work environment includes regular exposure to industrial machinery, elevated noise levels, variable temperatures, and chemical substances. Candidates must be comfortable working on the production floor for extended periods and must consistently adhere to all site safety protocols. ● Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the plant for extended periods during each shift. ● Occasional lifting, pushing, or carrying of objects and equipment up to 50 lbs. ● Required to wear appropriate Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & PPE (when needed) at all times on the plant floor, including hair net, beard net, ear plugs, and steel-toed boots. ● May require on-call availability for unplanned equipment failures or critical production issues outside of standard business hours. ● Occasional weekend or evening work may be required during scheduled maintenance windows, equipment shutdowns, or periods of high operational demand. Note: This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role due to the hands-on nature of plant operations.
