Job Description JEI, a leading global provider and franchisor of supplementary education programs through its network of franchised learning centers, is seeking a Marketing Specialist. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with digital, print, copy, creative, design, and more. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, has excellent communication & time management skills, and knows how to prioritize. You will be overseeing the company's marketing agenda and managing budgets for our corporate spend and providing reports. You will act as the point of contact for all our digital agencies (SEO, Local SEO, PPC) and related vendors. Not only do you need to be in direct communication with them but also understand if they're meeting the set goals. Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and Facebook Ads is key. The ideal candidate for this position will work with C-level executives and the web development team. The candidate should have some project management and account management experience as they will also be working with individual franchisees and their marketing strategies. This is an in-office, part-time position Monday through Friday (9AM to 3PM EST) with an unpaid hour for lunch ~ 25 total work hours per week. Responsibilities include: • Acting as a liaison between multiple vendors including print and digital, • Overseeing all content including but not limited to social media, website, and press releases, • Working with our international team on our CRM, websites and digital content, • Providing marketing support to our franchisees, • Planning and executing all corporate marketing, • Strategizing with our franchise development on their marketing efforts, • Reporting on projects as well as all marketing campaigns, • Ability to understand marketing analytics and putting together marketing ideas and proposals based on analytics, • Provide constructive criticism on any designs that include, but is not limited to printed designs targeted at end-users, social media graphics for both end-users and sales, web design and web functionality for all users, • Being able to convey the right message and tone with all audiences (franchisees, parents, students, vendors, and coworkers) Qualifications include: • Familiarity with Google Ads & Facebook Ads, • Experience with social media management, • Experience with Google Business Profile, • Knowledge of SEO and content management systems, • PR and reputation management knowledge, • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, • Graphic design experience is a plus
