American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in New York, New York. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: CT Technologist, • Discipline: Allied Health Professional, • Start Date: 03/02/2026, • Duration: 8 weeks, • 36 hours per week, • Shift: 12 hours, evenings, • Position involves both CT scans and X-rays in an orthopedic hospital setting, • Work with outpatient, inpatient, ER, and adult ICU patient populations, • Care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, • Orthopedic exams performed in exam rooms and via portable equipment, with patients rotating between departments within the hospital and a nearby private sector, • Caseload up to 20 patients daily, • Procedures include CT of abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction; X-rays include extremities, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, lower and upper extremities, • Siemens equipment experience required, • Epic charting experience preferred but not required, • Initial 2 weeks of training are Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM; regular schedule is Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 2:30 PM – Midnight, • May rotate across multiple departments, including work in exam rooms and private sector locations, • First-time travelers are accepted for this position, • Return staff must have been gone for at least one year to be eligible, • RTO (Requested Time Off) is allowed for up to 5 days; no RTO permitted in first two weeks, • Charcoal grey scrubs required, • Parking is assigned in employee garage at no fee; street parking also available, • Epic EMR system is preferred, • Holiday and weekend work may be required per department needs\n \n Requirements\n, • Active NYS radiologic technologist license required if applicable, • Current ARRT R and ARRT CT certifications required, • Current I.V.
