Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver course curriculum in accordance with college guidelines and accreditation standards., • Teach automotive technology courses, including but not limited to engine repair, electrical systems, and automotive diagnostics., • Provide hands-on instruction in a lab setting, ensuring students gain practical skills., • Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and practical exams., • Maintain a safe and effective learning environment in the automotive lab., • Stay current with automotive industry trends, technologies, and best practices., • Collaborate with instructional team members to enhance the automotive program., • Associate degree in Automotive Technology or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred., • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ASE certification) are highly desirable., • Previous teaching or training experience is preferred., • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair techniques, and diagnostic tools., • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Compensation: Compensation is determined by a variety of criteria, including but not limited to, previous relevant experience, education level, and certifications.
