Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment for Queens Surgical Center, including clinical and non-clinical hiring. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, post positions, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, collect interview feedback, and support timely hiring decisions. The position also maintains recruiting reports and hiring metrics to help leadership monitor progress, hiring needs, and recruiting effectiveness. This role requires strong organization, urgency, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, edit, and maintain job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers and leadership., • Post job openings on appropriate job boards, the company website, and other recruiting channels., • Source candidates through online platforms, resume databases, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools., • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates., • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers., • Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process., • Collect and consolidate interview feedback from hiring managers and interview panel members., • Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders regarding interview status, next steps, and hiring decisions., • Track candidate pipeline activity and maintain accurate recruiting records and status updates., • Prepare weekly recruiting reports for leadership, including open roles, candidate pipeline, interview activity, time-to-fill, source of hire, and hiring progress., • Maintain hiring metrics and support weekly recruiting analysis and reporting., • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and role requirements., • Support recruitment for a range of roles, including clinical, administrative, and operational positions., • Support recruiting events, job fairs, and other candidate outreach initiatives, as needed., • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling candidate and hiring information., • Assist with other HR and recruiting-related administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • Associates or bachelors degree preferred., • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing experience preferred., • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting., • Experience in healthcare, ambulatory surgery center, medical office, hospital, or other regulated environment preferred., • Strong ability to draft and edit job descriptions and job postings., • Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook., • Experience using an applicant tracking system or HRIS preferred., • Ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines with strong follow-through.
