Job Description Job Description: Join our dynamic team at Nirvana Healthcare Management as a Healthcare Call Center Representative in our Client Communication Call Center. We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a keen interest in healthcare. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner., • Assist patients and healthcare providers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and medical information., • Taking messages for Providers., • Document all interactions and maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines., • High school diploma or equivalent., • Proven customer service experience in a call center environment, preferably in healthcare preferred, • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written., • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively., • Competitive compensation package., • Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off., • Supportive work culture focused on professional development and continuing education., • Opportunity to work in a growing field with a focus on improving patient outcomes., • Two (2) weeks paid training.
