Job Summary: rag & bone is seeking an HR Analyst for a three month assignment to support the HR team with onboarding, employee data management, and process optimization. This role will help drive efficiency across day-to-day HR operations while ensuring a smooth and seamless employee experience. This role will report into the Director of Visual Operations with a dotted line into the head of store construction. Responsibilities: • Prepare internal documentation for promotions, pay/location/title/status changes., • Initiate and complete new hire onboarding in ADP and send wage docs, • Ensure timecard & PTO submissions are on time, • Track new hires, promotions and other internal changes and termination for payroll processing, • Experience with ADP, • Experience handling HR admin related tasks like onboarding and follow up, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite., • Fashion/Retail experience a plus., • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Able to work onsite Monday-Wednesday.Rules we live by I Rules you live by, • Be a Good Human - Be original, be authentic.
