Licensed Clinical Therapist - Hybrid - White Plains, NY What the role does (day-to-day overview) This Licensed Clinical Therapist role focuses on providing evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, and families through both onsite and virtual therapy services. The Therapist will conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient’s clinical needs and goals. A large part of the role centers around ongoing therapy, care coordination, and family support—helping improve emotional and behavioral health outcomes through individual and group therapy, caregiver collaboration, and multidisciplinary partnership. This position also plays an important role in supporting families through behavioral coaching, psychoeducation, and evidence-based treatment approaches while helping ensure continuity of care across providers and care settings. Schedule / Hours • Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, • Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote), • Office: White Plains, NY 10604, • Standard hours fall between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (ideal schedule is 10am-6pm EST), • Flexibility to support evening coverage up to 7:00 PM preferred, • Saturday availability (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) is a plus What “clinical therapy care” looks like in practice • Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments for pediatric populations, • Developing and updating individualized treatment and care plans, • Providing evidence-based therapy in both individual and group settings, • Utilizing measurement-based care and clinical best practices, • Treating common pediatric mental health conditions including:, • Anxiety, • Depression, • ADHD, • Behavioral challenges, • Trauma-related concerns, • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in peer consultation, • Providing both virtual and onsite therapy services, • Supporting families and caregivers through education and behavioral coaching, • Participating in community engagement and outreach initiatives, • Supervising pre-licensed trainees and associate-level providers when applicable Must-have experience • Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families, • Experience delivering care both in-person and virtually, • Demonstrated experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), • Experience with Parent Management Training (PMT), • Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral concerns, • Experience working within evidence-based and measurement-based care models Highly preferred experience • Specialized training or certification in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), • Prior experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians or trainees, • Strong passion for pediatric behavioral health care, • Availability during peak patient hours (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM) Core skills • Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention skills, • Ability to build rapport with children, adolescents, and families, • Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams, • Commitment to evidence-based and ethical standards of care, • Ability to work independently while managing a consistent caseload, • Strong understanding of current clinical research and emerging best practices Licensing requirements • Active unrestricted licensure in one of the following:, • LCSW, • LMHC-D, • LMFT-D, • LMHC and LMFT candidates MUST hold the “-D” designation (ability to diagnose patients required), • Minimum of 3,000 supervised clinical hours completed, • Completion of one of the following national examinations:, • NCE, • NCMHCE, • AMFTRB, • ASWB Ideal background (best-fit candidates) • Pediatric behavioral health and outpatient therapy settings, • Child and adolescent mental health programs, • Community mental health organizations, • Private practice or group therapy environments, • Virtual behavioral health platforms, • Integrated care or multidisciplinary behavioral health teams, • School-based or family-centered therapy programs Compensation • Target compensation range: $80,000 – $95,000, • Compensation is based on licensure, experience, and overall clinical background Selling Points / Benefits Comprehensive Benefits Package • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, • 401(k) plan, • Life and disability insurance options Time Off • Paid time off, • Sick time, • Paid holidays, • Parental leave Additional Perks & Reimbursements • Work-from-home stipend, • Health & wellness stipend, • Professional development reimbursement, • Commuter benefits, • Cell phone and internet reimbursement, • Licensure maintenance support Work Environment • Collaborative, clinician-led culture, • Strong emphasis on support, connection, and professional growth, • Mission-driven organization focused on high-quality pediatric mental health care
