Job Description The Manager of Electronic Health Records (EHR) is responsible for the implementation, functioning, maintenance and monitoring of Opengate’s electronic health records systems. This position coordinates and facilitates the agency’s EHR systems including the routing of documentation, managing access rights, tracking entries, auditing system use and documenting any breaches.
