See our video on Goldfish Experience: Primary Responsibilities: • Provides swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum, • Enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents, • Evaluates students progress and completes required documentation in a timely manner, • Interacts professionally with parents/guardians after each swim lesson on the activities and development of students swim skills, • Uses problem-solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter, • Assists with setting up the pool prior to lessons and cleaning up after lessons, including proper storage of all pool equipment and lane lines, • Attend required/mandatory workshops and in-service training outside of regular working hours Job Requirements and Skills: • No experience is necessary. This includes supervising and training lifeguard staff, managing daily pool operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining proper chemical balance and mechanical functionality of all pool systems. The Aquatic Supervisor serves as both a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and Lifeguard Supervisor, ensuring that all aquatic programs and activities are conducted in a safe, professional, and customer-focused manner.
