Learn more at You'll Do: The Security Production Engineering team at CoreWeave is responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining the secure infrastructure that underpins our AI cloud platform. This team ensures the reliability, performance, and resilience of security systems across a rapidly growing global footprint, enabling safe and efficient operations for enterprise and AI workloads at scale. About the Role: As a Production Engineer, Security at CoreWeave, you will design, build, and operate the systems that keep our platform secure, reliable, and highly performant. You'll work closely with infrastructure and engineering teams to improve system resilience, automate operational processes, and proactively mitigate risks. Your day to day will include developing scalable security infrastructure, enhancing observability, and responding to production incidents while continuously improving system reliability and performance. In this role, you will: • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, highly available security infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud native technologies, • Build automation and monitoring solutions to proactively identify and mitigate reliability risks, • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance, reduce latency, and improve service uptime, • Participate in incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative solutions, • Mentor team members and promote best practices in reliability, security engineering, and infrastructure managementWho You Are:, • 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, security engineering, security operations, or related roles, • Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud native technologies, • Experience managing and operating Teleport for infrastructure access control, • Proficiency in automation and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go, • Experience operating and maintaining large scale distributed systems with a focus on reliabilityPreferred:, • Familiarity with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog, • You enjoy solving complex infrastructure and security challenges at scale, • You're curious about improving system reliability, automation, and observability, • Be Curious at Your Core, • Act Like an Owner, • Empower Employees, • Deliver Best in Class Client Experiences, • Achieve More TogetherWe foster an environment that encourages independent thinking, collaboration, and the development of innovative solutions. Come join us! The base salary range for this role is $190,000 to $282,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
