In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. Job Responsibilities: • Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups., • Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc., • Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner., • Process billing information and collect payments when required., • Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis., • Maintain patient and specimen information logs., • Provide superior customer service to all patients., • Administrative and clerical duties as necessary, • Assembling equipment such as: tourniquet, needles, disposable containers for needles, blood collection devices, gauze, cotton, and alcohol on work tray, according to requirements for specified tests or procedures,, • Performing other responsibilities as required, Work with and draw from a wide range patient cases in a confident manner,, • Maintaining safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations,, • Verifying or recording identity of patient or donor and converses with patient or donor., • Maintaining Refrigerator and Freezer temperatures., • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment,, • Comply with legal Phlebotomy regulations, Handle urine analysis, blood testing, Perform a variety of routine blood drawing procedures., • Travel to additional sites when needed.
