Job Description Now Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Nassau & Suffolk Counties Join one of New York’s premier concierge home care agencies! At Affirmed Home Care, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional private-pay services to clients and families throughout the region. As our team continues to grow, we’re seeking a driven and personable Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us recruit and retain outstanding caregivers. About the Role In this pivotal recruitment role, you will lead initiatives to attract, hire, and onboard top-tier caregivers and nurses. You’ll engage with local communities, creatively source candidates, and ensure all new hires meet both regulatory and internal standards. The salary for this full-time position ranges from $70,000.00 to $80,000.00, commensurate with related experience. Key Responsibilities * Post, manage, and track job openings across multiple platforms * Build strong community relationships by attending job fairs, visiting schools, and networking weekly * Manage the full recruitment cycle, including phone screenings, interviews, document collection, and onboarding * Ensure all hires meet NJ State compliance requirements and Affirmed’s internal policies * Consistently produce 5 fully onboard-ready hires per week * Participate in new hire orientations and create a warm, positive onboarding experience * Promote the employee referral program and strengthen caregiver engagement What You Bring * Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred * 2+ years of experience in home care recruitment or healthcare talent acquisition (HHA and Nurse recruitment strongly preferred) * Strong understanding of social media recruiting strategies * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Experience using an ATS is a plus * Authorization to work in the U.S. required Why Join Affirmed Home Care?
