The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the facilities and maintenance team to ensure the cultivation and processing facility operates at full capacity with minimal downtime. This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, implementing preventative maintenance programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing team performance.
