Server / Cashier – Fast-Paced Caribbean Restaurant Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Job Description 14 Parish Caribbean Kitchen is seeking energetic, dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Server/Cashier. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FAST-PACED, HIGH-VOLUME RESTAURANT. This is a dual-role position. Employees are required to multitask between cashiering and serving whenever necessary. Cleaning and organizing dining and customer service areas. Removing garbage and replacing trash liners. Restocking supplies and preparing workstations for the following business day. Cleaning and organizing equipment and utensils as assigned. Completing all assigned closing duties before leaving the premises. Closing employees must be willing and available to remain on duty until all assigned cleaning and closing responsibilities have been completed. All time worked is paid. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in restaurant serving, cashiering, or food service is strongly preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant is highly preferred. Knowledge of Caribbean cuisine is an advantage. Strong multitasking skills are essential for this position. Ability to switch between cashiering and serving responsibilities efficiently. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
