Job Description Summary: Work as a member of a dynamic CAC multidisciplinary team to provide child victims of sexual abuse and severe physical abuse and their impacted family members with an array of specialized, trauma-informed services including an orientation to the CAC, participating in the forensic interview process, providing on-site mental health services including child trauma screenings, the Child & Family Traumatic Stress Intervention and the provision of victim support & advocacy services. The Role: We're looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to support internal teams and help keep the business running smoothly. This is an entry-level role for someone who's organized, proactive, and comfortable working with data to support decision-making across the organization. This is a launchpad role. You'll work across multiple functions—supporting product, analytics, account management, and operations teams—giving you broad exposure to how different parts of a data-driven business work together. You'll help with everything from coordinating projects and maintaining documentation to pulling data, building reports, and streamlining workflows. This kind of cross-functional visibility is rare early in a career, and it's designed to help you discover where your strengths and interests lie. You'll work alongside experienced team members who will mentor you as you develop foundational skills in operations, data analysis, and business coordination. Your contributions will keep things moving and free up senior team members to focus on high-impact work.
