We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist - Tier 1. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a structured office environment, and is looking to build a strong foundation in business operations. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing or interested in Business Administration, offering hands-on experience in areas such as customer support, scheduling, documentation, workflow management, and office coordination.
