Major Accountabilities: Property Conditions • Ensure interior and exterior of properties meet RDC standards., • Inspect buildings, maintain cleanliness, functionality, and quality of common areas, amenities, and grounds., • Identify and address any deficiencies, recurring issues, or potential hazards, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly to preserve asset integrity and support operational excellence. General Maintenance & Repairs • Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with company standards. Ensure appropriate close-out., • Perform routine and corrective maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and structural components., • Monitor building systems, perform troubleshooting and escalate as needed., • Diagnose issues and carry out repairs for lighting, doors, locks, appliances, fixtures, drywall, flooring, other building components and etc., • Interface with tenants and guests onsite to support a positive experience with our product. Preventive Maintenance & Inspections • Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and inspections of equipment and mechanical systems to reduce downtime and prolong asset life., • Maintain logs, reports, and documentation for preventive maintenance activities. Vendor, Team & Customer Communication • Communicate effectively with property managers, leasing teams, and customers., • Communicate with outside contractors and vendors when necessary., • Provide input on maintenance needs and capital improvement recommendations. Minimum Job Requirements • Minimum GED or equivalent; accredited trade school or relevant experience; relevant training through an apprenticeship program., • Minimum three (3) years of responsible experience performing a variety of building maintenance duties., • General building maintenance and construction knowledge; including basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC., • OSHA 10 & Fair Housing certification completed within 90 days of hire., • Knowledge of safe work practices, basic computer and smartphone usage., • Ability to operate a variety of building maintenance equipment, machines, and power/hand tools., • Ability to work a rotating monthly on-call schedule for nights and weekends and to arrive early during snowstorms., • Ability to travel between locations is required. Unlike the large, segmented Teamcenter programs common in automotive and aerospace, where developers take specs and write code in isolation, this team works closely together from prototype to production, so the developer has real ownership over what gets built and how. The organization operates in a highly regulated, mission-driven industry, so the work carries genuine long-term impact. There is strong stability in this position, along with meaningful investment in modern engineering practices and professional growth. About the Role This is a strongly development-focused position. The person in this role will be responsible for most, if not all, of the Teamcenter development work and will drive Teamcenter configuration across the platform. The team runs a continuous prototype process: prototypes are built out with the business and handed to the developer to make production ready. The team aims to stay close to out-of-the-box configuration, but configuration and custom development are needed, and all changes flow through that prototype process. Workflow, BMIDE and Active Workspace configuration will be a major part of the work. The ideal candidate is a strong, motivated developer who is actively writing code today on recent Teamcenter releases and who wants to work collaboratively rather than in a narrowly defined lane. Responsibilities Own most or all Teamcenter development work, taking prototypes and building them into supportable, production-ready solutions. The objective is ambitious: create a secure, governed, prompt-driven environment that allows technically curious business users to design and build custom web applications without requiring them to become professional software developers or understand the underlying complexity of enterprise software development. You should be comfortable allowing AI to write substantial portions of software while remaining unwilling to trust generated code simply because it compiles. You should be curious, pragmatic, technically rigorous, and comfortable challenging assumptions.
