We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef to work closely with the BOH team, ensuring the seamless execution of all restaurant and café food operations with a specific focus on the in-person dining experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to support, execute, and refine all culinary operations while serving as a steward of food quality, systems, and team culture. This is a foundational leadership position requiring a sophisticated balance of high-level culinary execution, rigorous kitchen management, and staff mentorship.
