Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Position will report directly to System Support Group General Manager, National System Support Analyst General Manager, and Warehouse Managers. Support as a Team Leader to Regional Coast System Support Teams, supporting and directing them in efforts to support warehouse and transportation operations, and the systems used to support all WCD operations. Will receive direction and guidance from corporate IT, Networks, Desktop, and Security for IT standards, policies, and procedures as it relates to topics listed below. Travel is a requirement in this position, based on needs, necessities, and projects. Networking • Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting local IT infrastructure., • Implements network security at the local level as established by Corporate Security Director., • Oversees the administration and maintenance of the site’s IT infrastructure, and directs IT support personnel when necessary., • Manages and develops upgrades to the company's telephone system at the national and local levels., • Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary., • Knowledge of SQL, VM Server Setup, prepare DC for System failover, working with operations to complete failover with minimal impact to operations., • Document plans for the turnover and need to be followed step-by-step., • Creating daily store orders through portal, • Bi-yearly training and testing in sandbox to make sure you are prepared, • Oversees all help desk activities at the regional and local levels., • Responds to escalated help desk issues., • Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking software., • Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the local purchase of hardware and software products., • Designs, and prepares daily and monthly reports as needed by corporate and the General Manager, • Overall responsibility for the management of good sanitation and safety practices throughout the warehouse technology areas.Company DescriptionEpic Personnel Partners, LLC is a privately held woman-owned staffing firm.
