This 12–18-month, full-time, paid program equips you with the technical knowledge, real-world experience, and hands-on training to build a long-term, impactful career in sales. You’ll be immersed in the front lines of sustainability-focused growth — learning how to help customers modernize, save energy, and meet evolving regulatory and environmental goals. Designed as a launchpad for your future, the program is intended to lead to full-time placement within our sales organization at Turtle — including commission-earning roles — upon successful completion. What You’ll Experience Over 12-18 months, you’ll rotate across departments and markets to gain a deep understanding of how we operate, sell, and lead in this fast-moving space.
