Job Description We are seeking an LCSW or LPC Therapist to join our team! You will provide individual and family counseling. This position requires 1-2 days in person, and you can otherwise work virtually. You MUST have your LCSW, LPC or have submitted your paperwork to the board. Responsibilities: Establish open lines of communication with potential clients Implement therapeutic interventions with clients on your caseload Create, implement and review treatment plans for your clients and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies Conduct individual and family sessions on a weekly basis. Qualifications: 3+ years previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields conducting individual and/or family therapy sessions. Familiarity with local community mental health resources Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to build rapport with clients Knowledge of therapeutic interventions, and previous experience implementing interventions. Strong leadership and creativity skills Experience with electronic medical records strongly preferred.

Job Description We are seeking energetic and experienced New Jersey licensed psychotherapists to work 15-35 hours a week, evenings, Fridays & Saturdays, in our multi-clinician, concierge-style psychotherapy practice. We are looking for therapists who can see diverse client populations and presenting issues. Experience working with children and couples is a plus. Our model stands out from traditional group mental health practices and virtual employment platform practices in that we prioritize personalized care and human connection. We take the time to get to know our clinicians and guide them through weekly individual and group supervision. Our expert supervisors work with you to establish a strong rapport and a supportive mentoring relationship that promotes growth and professional development. At our practice, we prioritize the well-being of our clinicians. The clinician will: • Assume a minimum caseload of 15 clients to start performing individual/couple psychotherapy, • Provide direct care for individuals, couples, groups, and/or families, • Prepare appropriate documentation: therapy notes, treatment plans, letters, etc, • Communicate effectively with referral sources in a timely fashion, • Have a basic theoretical foundation from which you approach your clinical work, • New therapists will begin on a part-time basis, which may expand as success is demonstrated, • All therapists participate in monthly group supervisionExperience with trauma, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ clients, or couples work is a plus, • A fully licensed supervisor with weekly supervision sessions, • Continuing Education Unit credit programs and support, • NPI support, licensure renewal tracking, and expansion support, • Peace of mind with our Malpractice Insurance coverage, • Physician referrals- your clients will have access to a doctor if needed, • State of the Art Technology Platform to manage your clients with the best digital care tools (HIPAA Scheduling, Video-call platform, progress notes, Patient Progress Tracking, Communication & Office Management Tools), • Personalized Marketing Services and booking referrals.
