YOUR DAY AS A LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER - PSYCHOTHERAPIST In this Licensed Mental Health Provider - Psychotherapist role, you meet with clients in a hybrid model, create a calm, trusting space, conduct thorough initial evaluations, and use your clinical judgment to diagnose and provide treatment that reflects each person's goals; after sessions, you promptly complete clear, billable treatment notes that capture progress and next steps-keeping care coordinated, ethical, and effective. WORK SCHEDULE Hybrid schedule: In‑office + some virtual work available. Office availability: 2–3 days per week; the office is open on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
