This role supports both Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) programs in accordance with 1 RCNY §101-06, Chapter 17 of the NYC Building Code, the International Building Code (IBC), and applicable geotechnical standards. The Soils / Geotechnical Inspector is responsible for verifying that subsurface construction activities, materials, and installations conform to approved geotechnical reports, design documents, specifications, and code requirements.
