Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field of study., • Minimum of 10 years of experience in resident engineering, construction management, project management, engineering, and related fields on major transportation/infrastructure projects., • Professional Engineer (PE) license or NICET Level IV Certification required., • Minimum of 3 years of experience on bridge replacement/rehabilitation projects (assigned full-time for the duration of the project., • NJDOT construction experience and familiarity with NJDOT Local Aid compliance requirements are mandatory, • ACI, TCC, NJSAT, and OSHA 10-hour certifications are required, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation abilities in internal project settings with senior management team, external project stakeholders including senior client management leadership., • Excellent interpersonal skills, staff supervision, strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities., • Strong problem-solving skills.
