Job Description Title: Client Coordinator Department: Day Services Reports: Director of Day Habilitation Location: Day Services, NY FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Salary: 21.63 per hour POSITION SUMMARY: The Client Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the overall operations and services re being delivered according to state and federal regulations, agency policy and procedure and according to the agency’s mission. The Client Coordinator serves to provide leadership, direction, and training in order to supervise the overall development of a specific program. Client Coordinator also supervises the habilitation of persons with developmental disabilities. Utilizing the Interdisciplinary Team approach, develop implementation strategies which outline services and supports for individuals so they may work towards the outcomes detailed in their Personal Plan. The Client Coordinator oversees the treatment process, ensuring implementation of team recommendations by all members of the Interdisciplinary Team. The Client Coordinator is responsible for ensuring service provision by all disciplines represented on the treatment team. This role is responsible for overseeing, developing, and evaluating our coaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and program execution. The Coaching Manager will also play a key role in hiring, training, and mentoring coaches while collaborating with internal departments to optimize scheduling and staffing.
